Terms & Conditions

The following General rules apply to all promotional offers (contests, competitions, giveaways etc.) conducted by Pansy Boys Ltd via Social Media sites such as Facebook and Instagram. Terms & Conditions specific to a promotional offer will be stated in the relevant promotional post. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change between promotional offers, so please read them before entering a new promotion.

Eligibility

Promotional Offers are only open to people living in New Zealand.

Promotional Offers are not open to employees or family members of employees of Pansy Boys Ltd or a prize sponsors.

Entries

Your entry is considered acceptance of these and any specific Terms and Conditions including information on how to enter and prizes.

The Promotional Offer begins when the first promotional post is posted and the end date will be advised on promotional posts.

Using automated software to make multiple entries is prohibited and will result in your disqualification.
Your entry is subject to you acting in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Pansy Boys Ltd and that of relevant Social Media platforms.

Pansy Boys Ltd will not accept responsibility for any late submissions, any entries that are not received or any entries or files that are corrupt, damaged, lost or inaccessible.

By participating in the competition, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, including all eligibility requirements. You also accept that all decisions made by Pansy Boys Ltd are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest or giveaway.

Pansy Boys Ltd reserves the right to cancel the contest at any time, for any reason and without prior notification.

By entering this competition, you agree that:

• You have the consent of any people who are clearly identifiable in your entry
• Your entry is original;
• Your submission does not or will not infringe any third party's intellectual property.

Pansy Boys Ltd may collect your personal information (name and contact details) for the purpose of administering and processing the competition only.

Winners selected randomly will be selected by a third-party software to avoid bias. The software used may vary between Promotional Offers. If not specified in the Competition Post, feel free to contact us for more information.

Winners will be announced as a post on our relevant social media platform, and contacted via private message on the same platform. We may send an email address or local phone number for further contact but we will not send any links to other websites. If you receive a message from us with a link to another website or you doubt the authenticity of the message, please contact us directly at enquiries@pansyboys.nz.

Winners will need to send a message or reply to our message via the relevant social media platform to claim their prize. This will also be taken as acceptance of the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize within seven days of being contacted, the competition will be redrawn and the prize given to another winner.

Prizes

Prizes are not transferable, changeable, or redeemable for cash.

Pansy Boys Ltd reserves the right to:

• provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event that a prize or any part of a prize becomes unavailable for any reason;
• disallow entries in its absolute discretion;
• verify entries and determine the eligibility of entrants (including an entrant's identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where dishonest or misleading details have been given by an entrant, or where an entrant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion;
• to terminate this promotion or amend any aspect of this promotion (including the prize) without notice at any time in its sole discretion in the event that this promotion or any aspect of this promotion cannot be reasonably conducted as planned;
• enforce any of its rights at any stage and failure to do so does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

General Terms

Pansy Boys Ltd will not be held liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with participation in the promotional offer or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

As a condition of entry, the winner indemnifies Pansy Boys Ltd, all organisers and sponsors associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which Pansy Boys Ltd may incur arising out of the winner’s participation in the promotion and/or participation in a prize.

Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform such as Facebook or Instagram.

All decisions made are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
